MMS Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the management of residential properties in Steubenville and Wintersville, OH. Under the Property Manager, you will help oversee day-to-day operations and ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of property management experience.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Capable of performing the duties of the Property Manager in their absence.
• Ability to troubleshoot resident/client issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall management of residential properties under the Property Manager.
• Show units and screen applicants.
• Assist in certifying residents' income and rent collection.
• Prepare notices and support legal proceedings as needed.
• Maintain file management and office records.
• Assist in lease administration and reports.
