Assistant Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 1728 Crabb River Rd, Richmond TX 77469
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service including inquiries, storage needs, and rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Conduct cash audits and handle bank deposits.
  • Enforce company policies focusing on safety and maximizing rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Perform property walks regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • Possibility of running errands and traveling between locations.
Typical Day

Your day includes opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures. You will also participate in meetings and training, with evenings ending by 6 pm, five days a week (no Sundays).
