Assistant Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 5425 N. Fry Rd, Katy TX 77449
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and manage bank deposits according to company policies.
  • Enforce policies to ensure safety and optimize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Spend about 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Typical Day

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, and closing procedures, ensuring security and safety. The schedule is five days a week, no Sundays, with work ending by 6 pm, allowing for personal time.
