Description

We are seeking to empower a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the organization’s success.   • Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 15301 Seaway Dr, Taylor, MI 48180
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily property operations independently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  3. Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  4. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  5. Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits per company policies.
  6. Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks; outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • Travel between store locations as needed.
Work Schedule and Benefits:

Work five days a week (no Sundays), with shifts ending by 6 pm. Benefits include health options, 401K, paid time off, advancement opportunities, holiday pay, paid training, employee discounts, and Sundays off.
