Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks an on-site support partner to assist the Community Manager with daily rental activities, office operations, and resident relations. You will help maintain a welcoming environment and coordinate property tasks efficiently.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and capable of handling multiple duties in a fast-paced setting while providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos, and write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site administrative and operational support to the Community Manager.
  • Assist with rental activity, office functions, and resident communication.
  • Support resident relations by responding to inquiries and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Help coordinate daily property operations and tasks as assigned.
  • May supervise specific duties as directed by the Community Manager.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

As a key on-site support partner, you will provide day-to-day assistance to the Community Manager, supporting all areas of rental activity, office operations, and resident relations. Your work helps ensure smooth property operations while creating a positive experience for residents and visitors alike.

  • May take on direct supervisory responsibility for specific duties at the discretion of the Community Manager

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education /Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete
