You will be the first impression for prospective residents by delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with leasing operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting property tours, and supporting the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates should have customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

You will serve as one of the first impressions of the community by delivering exceptional customer service and helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. You will handle rental inquiries, schedule appointments, conduct property tours, explain community amenities, and utilize company-approved leasing and closing techniques to maintain strong occupancy goals. You will support the Community Manager with marketing initiatives, leasing operations, resident relations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the property operates efficiently and professionally. You will also assist with processing applications, maintaining rental records, preparing move-in documentation, collecting rents and deposits, and coordinating resident service requests.

You are outgoing, professional, organized, and customer-focused. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. You are comfortable communicating with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. In addition, ideally you are someone who can maintain a polished and professional appearance, provide excellent customer service at all times, and confidently guide prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting overall property operations.

Minimum Qualifications And Competencies

Education /Background:

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Driver’s License required with reliable auto insurance
