OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia, committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Property Manager to oversee common area maintenance, coordinate life safety inspections, ensure building compliance, and manage related maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage repairs in common areas of multi-family buildings based on internal and resident maintenance requests.
  2. Coordinate, schedule, and document regular inspections (fire, elevator, sprinkler, backflow, fire escape, etc.) to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors regarding maintenance, inspections, and updates.
  4. Create work orders, follow up on completion, and ensure accurate record-keeping in AppFolio.
  5. Schedule and coordinate in-house maintenance technicians and third-party vendors prioritizing repairs based on urgency.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records for inspections, contracts, and maintenance activities in our property management system, AppFolio.
  7. Manage, negotiate, and onboard maintenance contracts for various services.
  8. Track and document inspections, maintenance, and contracts in AppFolio and agency portals.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior property management experience or a strong troubleshooting mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop efficient processes and improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in administrative software.
  • High attention to detail and record accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
Benefits

Salary of $55,000-$65,000 based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.
