Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager.   • Salary: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 4060B Andrew Jackson Pkwy, Hermitage, TN 37076
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits following company policies.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May run errands and travel between store locations.
Typical Day

Your day involves opening preparations, assisting customers, handling rental agreements and payments, inspecting the property, and closing procedures. The schedule is five days a week (excluding Sundays), ending by 6 pm, allowing for personal time and work-life balance. You may also participate in virtual meetings, training, and collaborative projects.
