Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager at Bluecrest Living

We are seeking a progressive Assistant Property Manager to join our team of avid learners. This role involves supporting the Property Manager, reducing delinquency to zero, and leading collection efforts while maintaining excellent customer service and leasing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Property Manager and assist in all operational duties in their absence.
  • Lead rent collection efforts proactively, including delinquency management and eviction processing.
  • Ensure property presentation is optimal by inspecting units and maintaining curb appeal.
  • Convert leads into leases through effective sales techniques and asking for deposits.
  • Encourage electronic payments and facilitate resident inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and guests.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and communicate effectively across departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Problem solver with excellent organizational skills.
  • Task-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of collections and delinquency impact.
  • Comfortable embracing change and engaging in healthy debate.
  • Customer service-oriented with a tech-savvy approach.
  • Experience in leasing or property management, with proficiency in Yardi preferred.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience as a Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
  • Leasing experience and strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for on-site duties.
