As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for collecting rent and ancillary fees, managing delinquent accounts, posting income and deposits, inspecting apartments after move-out, providing sales and customer service to residents and prospects, leasing apartments, and supporting office management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
