Job summary

Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals in Destin, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead a small team including a Property Manager and Inspectors. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee daily tasks, while driving guest satisfaction and property standards.

You will receive a base pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, be scheduled full-time year-round, with weekend on-call shifts and travel to properties as needed. Company vehicle provided and mileage reimbursement available.

Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals is looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within Destin, FL. Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors. You will have clear goals and assignments daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage.

• We provide company vehicles for you to use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you.

Goals of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher.
• Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team.
• Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest)
• Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner's expectations.
• Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements.

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Destin, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled days, and after hours on call shifts, based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
