Job summary

Vacation Homes Collection, LLC is seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to inspect vacation rental properties across Perdido Key, FL, Gulf Shores AL, Fort Morgan AL, and Orange Beach AL. You will work with a Property Manager and a team of inspectors to maintain standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers company vehicles with mileage reimbursement, a healthy work-life balance, and opportunities to contribute to guest experiences through proactive property

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Available to work holidays and weekends.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Previous experience in the vacation rental industry (preferred but not required).

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties in beautiful Perdido Key, FL, Gulf Shores AL, Fort Morgan AL, and Orange Beach, AL . Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors.You will have clear goals and assignments daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage. We provide company vehicles for you to use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you. We strive for a healthy work life balance. You will work in a fun and lively atmosphere. The culture at Pensacola Beach Properties is what we are most proud of!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards

Goals of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher
• Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team
• Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest)
• Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner expectations.
• Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements
