Join us as an Assistant Property Manager at NSA Storage

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to our organization's success. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 2135 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77304
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and process bank deposits according to company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and optimize unit availability.
Job Qualifications
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Spend approximately 50% of time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
  • Lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Work Environment and Schedule

Your day will be dynamic and diverse, starting with opening preparations, assisting customers, performing inspections, and ending with closing procedures. Enjoy a work schedule of five days a week (no Sundays) with a finish time of 6 pm, allowing for personal time and work-life balance.
