Abbey Residential Services, Inc

is seeking a professional Assistant Property Manager for a 400+ unit property located in Conroe, Texas. The Abbey at Conroe, located at 231 Interstate 45 North, is a stable and charming community and is perfect for an individual who loves working with residents.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager, who will also have some leasing duties, will professionally represent the community and company, as well as assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. The goal and expectation are to maintain a consistent, high level of occupancy, resident retention within the community, and to consistently increase NOI.

Requires one weekend per month / 1st of the month or as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for at least 1 year as an assistant manager in a multifamily environment is required.
  • Marketing and experience working with Social Media desired.
  • OneSite experience is strongly preferred.
