Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent account collections;
  2. Posting income and deposits;
  3. Inspecting apartment homes after move-out;
  4. Providing sales and customer service to current and prospective residents;
  5. Leasing apartments;
  6. Office management and support.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or leasing experience;
  • Bookkeeping skills and/or experience;
  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
