We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Your day will be dynamic and diverse, starting with opening preparations, customer assistance, and property inspections. You will handle rental agreements, payments, and address customer concerns. The day ends with closing procedures. Enjoy a work schedule of five days a week (no Sundays) and work finishing by 6 pm, allowing time for personal pursuits.
