We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 203 Providence Rd, Brandon, FL 33511
Essential Duties
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and handle bank deposits as per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and optimize rental units.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience in sales.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between store locations.
Typical Day

Your day will involve preparing for opening, assisting customers, handling rental agreements, performing property inspections, and closing procedures. You will also participate in meetings, training, and ensure the property’s safety and security. The schedule allows for a work/life balance with five days a week (no Sundays) and work ending by 6 pm.
