Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, customer-focused property management services. Our Assistant Property Managers collaborate closely with Property Managers to ensure a positive resident experience and smooth property operations. Key responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, answering calls, handling conflicts professionally, organizing office files, processing applications and maintenance work orders, maintaining vendor relationships, and preparing communications with residents.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of property management experience, including familiarity with Section 8 housing. They should be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
