Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a new apartment community currently in lease up in Hyde Park, MA.
The ideal candidate will have prior marketing/leasing/lease-up experience and is knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing,preparation of turnover, LIHTC program compliance and resident relations. Duties also include, but not limited to, initial and interim certifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.
