Join to apply for the Assistant Property Manager role at Peabody Companies.

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for a new apartment community currently in lease-up in Hyde Park, MA.

The ideal candidate will have prior marketing, leasing, or lease-up experience and be knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing, preparation of turnovers, LIHTC program compliance, and resident relations. Responsibilities also include initial and interim certifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.

Requirements of the Position:
  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related property management experience, including recertification, clerical, and administrative support.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally-assisted housing, and all relevant state and local regulations.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident relations skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in OneSite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • LIHTC experience is required.
