Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for apartment communities in Dorchester, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, rent collection, work orders and turnovers, LIHTC compliance, and resident relations.
Required are a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in property management, LIHTC recertification experience, and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager for apartment communities in Dorchester, MA.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of site operations, rent collection, work order processing, and preparation of apartment turnovers, LIHTC program compliance and resident relations. Duties also include, but not limited to, annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.
