The Senior Property Manager oversees the physical, financial, and administrative operations of the buildings within their portfolio, supervising a mini portfolio in close geographic areas and handling day‑to‑day functions of the Site Property Manager at the base location.
Oversee all facets of property operations with expertise in resident relations, government housing regulations, budgetary analysis, revenue collection, expense management, and staff supervision, training, development, and retention.
Compensation: $90 000 – $95 000, dependent on experience, portfolio size, location, and budget.
