Our solid corporate structure enables us to provide the highest quality housing communities, while optimizing performance and achieving financial objectives. DMA is comprised of three distinct service lines (DMA Development Company, DMA Properties, and DMA Property Advisors) related to the development and management of affordable multifamily housing communities.

Summary And Responsibilities
The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to the Property Manager. As the Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a well-functioning community administratively, financially, and socially. Positively represents DMA by adhering to quality standards and a customer focused approach.
