About The Role

As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Associate Property Manager/Property Manager or higher staff in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

What You'll Do
  1. Respond to tenant needs, ensuring prompt resolution of problems by administrative and technical staff, in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  2. Assist in conducting regular property inspections and recommend necessary alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
  3. Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices in accordance with management agreements and CBRE policies.
  4. Assign Purchase Orders following CBRE policies and authorization matrices.
  5. Assist with tenant billings and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  6. Prepare and deliver accurate reports and assist with budget data entry and accounts receivable data gathering.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of standard principles with limited practical application.
  9. Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values, and impact work quality.
  10. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
  11. Communicate clearly, ask questions, and ensure understanding.
What You'll Need
  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  3. Experience analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
