The day-to-day

The Assistant Property Manager is a process-oriented individual passionate about customer service, attention to detail, and leadership. Mission Rock's leadership expectations center around connecting with our team members and leading by example. The Assistant Property Manager could perform any of the following:

• Manage payables and collections with attention to detail, quality control, and consistency
• Provide exceptional service to current residents related to their overall renting experience, including leases, maintenance, engagement, and questions
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones, such as community events and outreach
• Engage with the team, embodying Mission Rock’s culture and collaborating with Property Manager and teammates (onsite, regional, and corporate)
• Maintain effective communication through emails, calls, social media, and in-person interactions, adhering to company standards
• Lease and pre-lease apartment homes, understanding lease requirements and compliance, including conducting tours in diverse weather conditions
• Maintain pride in your work environment by keeping the community neat and helping with community upkeep
