We are currently hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal and resident retention programs, and analyze leasing reports. Responsibilities

1. Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
2. Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
3. Manage resident relations, including handling phone calls, requests, and concerns.
4. Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
5. Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
6. Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
7. Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
8. Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping needs.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
6. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
7. Ability to tour the community, including walking and climbing stairs.
8. This role may require a valid driver’s license.
