Key Responsibilities
  • Collect rent and ancillary fees, including delinquent accounts
  • Post income and deposits accurately
  • Inspect apartment homes post-move-out
  • Provide sales and customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Lease apartments and support office management
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience
  • Bookkeeping skills and experience
  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
