Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents, including delinquent account collections; posting income and deposits; inspecting apartment homes after move-out; providing sales and customer service to current and prospective residents; leasing apartments; and supporting office management.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience
  • Bookkeeping skills and/or experience
  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
