Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - Structural - Data Center to support execution of large-scale data center construction programs. You will partner with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to manage documentation, budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
  • Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or structural construction projects.
  • Exposure to data centre construction is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.

  • Assist with project turnover and closeout documentation.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.

An established commercial construction contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of large-scale structural construction projects within the data center market. This role will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to help manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project coordination.

Description

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Structural - Data Center should have:
