The role focuses on client relations, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, risk management, and on-time, on-budget delivery across ground-up and renovation projects. Candidates should have 5+ years of PM experience and a degree in CM or related field.

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from award through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating reviews and value engineering discussions.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field operations teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Monitor project cost reports and financial performance.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents to maintain schedule performance and project execution.
