Job summary

ABC Stone in New York is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to collaborate with Sales Reps on special orders, relay information to the Sales Reps and vendors, and ensure CNT details are accurate. The role includes CRM SPO management, preparing quotes, and handling order documents through approval as orders are prepared.

You will assist with staff training and support the Technical Manager of Special Orders with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Reps on fulfilling required information for special orders
• Providing confirmed information to Sales Person and or vendor
• Follows through with Vendors for CNT information
• CRM SPO management
• Providing quotes to the SalesRep
• Providing necessary documents to confirm the orders with vendors
• Issuing documents for approval while quote/ order is being prepared
• Other duties as assigned
