Engtal in Boston is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join one of New England's leading general contractors. You will oversee a diverse portfolio across multifamily, life sciences, higher education, corporate interiors, and hospitality, with projects ranging from renovations to ground-up developments in Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills.
• Experience within commercial, multifamily, healthcare, institutional, life sciences, or similar markets.
• Seeking a long-term home rather than the next project.

Responsibilities
