Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects from large healthcare facilities to complex data center construction. You will partner with Project Managers and field leadership to drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction, a related bachelor's degree, and a desire to grow into a lead PM while ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
• Experience tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
• Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking

• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams

• Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑energy jobsite environment

• Desire to grow a long‑term career in construction management
