Job summary

Trevett Facilities Recruitment seeks an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer to join a major greenfield hyperscale data-center development in the Mobile, Alabama area. You will join at the project start, working with experienced leadership on a technically complex, long-term program with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer or similar construction professional.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects is essential.
• Data-center or hyperscale experience is advantageous but not required.
• Backgrounds in major commercial or industrial construction will be considered.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, document control and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Support subcontractor coordination and communication.
• Assist Project Managers and field leadership with daily project execution.
• Track documentation, actions, approvals and outstanding items.
• Coordinate between project stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Support project meetings, reporting and construction administration.
• Develop toward increased package and Project Management responsibility.
