Job summary

Michael Page seeks an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator to support commercial building projects in Buffalo or Rochester. You will assist with planning, coordination, and execution across all project phases, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in construction-related field and at least 2 years of experience with a general contractor, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Project/Procore/Primavera and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction for a general contractor in the Buffalo Area as an assistant project manager.
  • Working knowledge of construction documents, scheduling software (MS Project, Procore, or Primavera), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

Description
