Job summary

You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects moving, documents organized, and teams aligned from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Strong communicator across all levels of a project team.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Sage 100.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities across scheduling, documentation, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders.
• Attend and support construction and financial meetings, manage projects in Procore, and help maintain committed costs and owner pay apps on a monthly basis.
• As you grow into the role, you'll also mentor newer Project Engineers on the team.
