Job summary

The Burt Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial GC projects in Austin. You’ll own client relationships, schedules, budgets, and on-site coordination with a superintendent, delivering projects from kickoff to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience on commercial GC projects of $5M+.
• Healthcare, commercial, or retail renovation in occupied buildings is a plus.
• Strong communicator with clients, architects, and subs.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and Sage 100.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of projects: client relationships, subcontractor mgmt, scheduling, billing, change orders, closeout.
• Be the trusted on-site contact for clients and work with the superintendent.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and monitor costs daily; drive proactive problem solving.
