Job summary

The Burt Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team in Austin, TX. You’ll own all aspects of your projects—from client relationships to subcontractor management, scheduling, billing, and closeout—driving success with a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm behind you.

You’ll lead on-site with your superintendent, manage weekly OAC meetings, monitor costs, and solve problems proactively to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience on commercial GC projects worth $5M+.
• Healthcare, commercial, or retail renovation with occupied buildings experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of assigned projects: client relationships, subcontractor management, scheduling, billing, change orders, and comprehensive closeout.
• Be the trusted point of contact for clients and lead your project team on site alongside your superintendent.
• Attend weekly OAC meetings, daily cost tracking, and proactive problem solving.
