Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with Project Manager across policies and standards.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings and reports.
• Create and issue Subcontractors’ contracts and maintain owner/maintenance manuals.
