Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee electrical construction projects from planning through completion.

You will provide management support for several small to medium projects or one large project, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and adherence to policies. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate activities, prepare estimates, manage change orders, monitor schedule and budget, and report monthly costs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumve...
