Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee operations, supervise staff, and ensure contractual obligations are met. You will coordinate with contract personnel to deliver monthly KPI and QC reports and interface with customers to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role includes training staff on goals, IEE’s, vocational and behavior plans, and proper documentation, with a focus on quality and efficiency within a disability-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in call center operations preferred; 1 year in a supervisory capacity required.
• Contract specifications may require additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned operations including supervision of employees and meeting contractual obligations.
• Plan, coordinate, train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate performance of employees.
• Coordinate with contract personnel to provide monthly KPI and QC reports as noted in the project contract.
• Interface with customers to resolve issues and coordinate job materials and schedules.
• Assist in training staff in goals, objectives, and documentation.
