Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Boston-area/Quincy, MA construction team. This on-site, permanent role partners with Project Managers and Superintendents to support commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You’ll manage documentation, coordinate with subs and vendors, and help drive project delivery. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has commercial construction experience, with strong organization, communication, and proficiency in MS Office

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
• Commercial construction experience is required.
• Understanding of construction plans, specs, and project documentation is essential.
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar CM software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Managers with coordination and management of commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Assist with project scheduling and tracking; monitor budgets and commitments.
• Participate in project and subcontractor meetings; maintain accurate records.
