The role focuses on representing ownership, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering high-quality outcomes with hands-on partnership with design teams and contractors. Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience and a related bachelor's degree; PMP/LEED is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant industry experience in Owner's Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Proven ability to represent ownership with architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Strong knowledge of design/construction processes, procurement/bidding, and contract administration.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to adapt to diverse organizational cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field; PMP/LEED/MCPPO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership coordination across planning, design, and construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management for multiple capital projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
