Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial general contractor environment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and RFIs to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
• Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with field teams to maintain progress and deadlines.
• Support subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration.
• Attend meetings and communicate updates and issues to the project team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Track material procurement and deliveries, including long-lead items.
• Assist with quality control, inspections, punch lists, and closeout.
