Jobot is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Braintree, MA to support owners in planning and delivering complex capital projects on-site. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, cost reporting, and coordination among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of construction or project management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Assist senior project leadership with documentation, scheduling, cost reporting, and meeting coordination.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, drawings, and progress reports.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project leadership with project documentation and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Support cost reporting, progress tracking, and project controls.
• Maintain organized records and ensure documentation compliance.
