Job summary

You will coordinate preconstruction activities, manage submittals and RFIs, and assist in scheduling, material orders, and subcontractor oversight, while communicating clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in the construction industry (preferably Commercial, Multi-family, or Hospitality).

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction services including estimating, subcontractor review and selection, scope review, and contract writing.
• Document management including processing RFIs, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, and Schedules.
• Maintain electronic files for PlanGrid.
• Assist in ordering materials and scheduling deliveries.
• Assist in oversight and coordination of all subcontractors.
• Assist in reviewing subcontractor draw requests and preparing monthly pay applications.
• Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with their overall job responsibilities.
