Job summary

Gage Commercial Construction in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the performance, financials, quality, scheduling, and client service on multifamily renovation projects.

This client-facing role requires strong communication, coordination with Sales and Estimating, and a commitment to integrity and clear results, with on-site work in our Austin office. Vehicle allowance, healthcare, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Based in the Austin, Texas area and able to work on-site.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and manage each assigned project for success.
• Manage projects to meet or exceed established schedules and budgets.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and leadership using email, Slack, and project management software.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure scope, schedule, and quality expectations are met.
