Job summary

STV in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute the construction of a high-performance facility. You will work with owners, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a mission-critical project.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with strong leadership, scheduling, cost control, and communication skills to drive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in engineering, Architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial construction projects; mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project work schedules and coordinate the timely delivery of materials and equipment essential to mission critical operations.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with contract documents, project schedules, logistics plans, quality requirements, and field operations for a mission critical environment.
• Coordinate work across trades and disciplines to maintain efficient project sequencing and minimize disruptions or delays in a critical mission.
• Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project issues involving design clarifications, procedures, labor, equipment, logistics, and schedule.
• Coordinate project mock-ups, associated testing, reviews, and approvals to support mission critical performance standards.
