Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a high-performance construction program in Texas.

You will work with owners, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient results on a mission-critical facility. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of construction experience, with strong emphasis on managing complex commercial projects and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial construction projects; mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and field execution of mission-critical construction.
• Ensure adherence to contract documents, project schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, and documentation; resolve issues.
• Provide mentorship and continuous improvement to project staff.
