Job summary

STV is seeking a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution on a high-performance, mission-critical facility. You will partner with owners, design teams, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and quality align with stringent project requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of construction experience, with preference for mission-critical project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial construction projects; mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders for day-to-day construction activities on a mission critical project.
• Develop and maintain project work schedules, identify critical-path activities, and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment essential to mission critical operations.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure alignment with contract documents, project schedules, logistics plans, quality requirements, and field operations for a mission critical environment.
• Coordinate work across trades and disciplines to maintain efficient project sequencing and minimize disruptions or delays in a critical mission.
• Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of project issues involving design clarifications, procedures, labor, equipment, logistics, and schedule.
• Coordinate project mock-ups, associated testing, reviews, and approvals to support mission critical performance standards.
